Automated Submissions: Users are prohibited from using automated scripts, bots, or any other tools to submit websites for auditing purposes. This ensures the integrity of the audit process.
Audit Report Sharing: Users have the right to share the audit report with anyone they choose. The report is their property after purchase.
Prohibited Content: We do not audit websites that promote illegal content, pornography, or any harmful material. Submitting such websites will result in cancellation of the audit service.
No Login System: Insiders Work does not develop any login systems. Our services are based on one-time website audits, and no ongoing access is required.
4. Payment Terms
Pricing: Users are required to pay 20% of the audit cost in advance and the remaining 80% upon delivery of the audit report. We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, and Payoneer.
Refunds: We offer a 100% refund policy if users are not satisfied with the audit service. Refunds are available only through the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or Payoneer).
5. Data Protection and Privacy

Third-Party Services: We use trusted third-party services such as SEMrush, WooRank, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and MOZ to perform the audits.
6. User ContentOwnership of Content
Ownership of Content: The content submitted by users (website data, media, etc.) is owned by the user. Users retain full ownership of their content.
Access to Google Services: For a more in-depth audit, we recommend that users provide access to Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics (GA). This helps us perform a more comprehensive audit of the website’s performance.
7. Limitation of Liability
Audit Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate and thorough audits, we do not guarantee that all issues will be resolved immediately. The audit report is based on the data available at the time of the audit.
No Liability for Results: Insiders Work is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of data, website downtime, or loss of profits that may result from using our audit services.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between you and Insiders Work will be handled directly with us. We do not require mediation, arbitration, or court involvement. We aim to resolve any issues fairly and promptly, but if a dispute cannot be resolved, we may choose to cancel the audit service and issue a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
9. Service Availability
Our audit services are available at all times. There are no specific business hours, and users can submit their websites for audits anytime.
Fixing Issues: If a user needs assistance fixing the issues found in the audit report, additional charges will apply. These services will be quoted separately based on the scope of work.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. If significant changes are made, we will notify users via email or by posting an updated version on our website. Please check this page periodically for updates.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any legal disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
